BarreConcept is a barre workout using the precision of Pilates, the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength of sports conditioning.
The combined elements of the different methods fuse together to form a challenging and exciting workout which stretches and sculpts the muscles, improving strength, balance, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control.
This workout produces dramatic results that sculpt and redefine the entire body.
