Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

The practice originated in India about 5,000 years ago, and has been adapted in other countries in a variety of ways.

At InspireFit, through the practice of Hatha Yoga postures or asanas, you will bring strength to weak areas and release tight areas of the body. It is suitable for all fitness levels but very beneficial to those who are looking to increase their flexibility.

Breath and relaxation techniques are also taught in class, which are deeply therapeutic and healing to the body.

Class Details

Hatha Yoga at InspireFit is suitable for all levels of fitness. Classes last 75 minutes and usually run in 6 or 7 week blocks. A 6-week block costs £45, payable in advance.
