We are a small, intimate, boutique health and fitness studio in the heart of Dunfermline that specialises in Pilates. We promote health and wellness through mindful movement and offer a wide variety of mat and reformer Pilates and fitness classes suitable for all levels. Our warm and welcoming studio, with an extensive timetable, coupled with our comprehensive online studio, will enable you to find time for yourself within the busy lifestyle of today.
