Small Group Personal Training

Our Small Group PT sessions are fun and motivating. With a maximum of 4 people in each session they enable PT Lisa to work closely with each participant to develop a tailored programme while working towards shared goals. These sessions offer a mix of resistance, strength and mobility exercises that will target the whole body.

 

 


Class Details

Small Group PT sessions at InspireFit are suitable for all levels of fitness. Each session lasts 60 minutes and are bookable on a block booking basis.
