InspireFit is a small fitness company based in the heart of Dunfermline, run by Kelly McMahon (KM Pilates) and her highly-trained team.

We offer an extensive timetable of fitness classes for all levels with various times to choose from, so you can schedule exercise into your busy lifestyle.

InspireFit has a fresh, fun approach to fitness, helping you to enjoy achieving your fitness goals, while inspiring you to look and feel good.

In the ever-evolving world of fitness, we strive to keep our classes up-to-date and innovative, enhancing and motivating lifestyle changes.

KM Pilates

Kelly McMahon set up KM Pilates in 2002, teaching just a few classes in and around Dunfermline herself.

KM Pilates has gone from strength to strength and now runs 21 weekly Pilates classes of all levels, with a team of nine instructors. All our classes have a maximum of 12-15 people, ensuring that each individual gets personal attention from the instructor.

Pilates is suitable and beneficial for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness. It is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation from injury, back problems, certain conditions such as MS, arthritis or osteoporosis. It is also suitable throughout pregnancy to prepare for labour and aids post natal recovery.

Pilates is a unique movement technique that creates a healthy mind and body, building strength from the inside out. The exercises are safe and progressive, concentrating on slow, controlled, flowing movements, where the body is worked as a whole using deep postural muscles to build core strength and stability.

Make your body your machine ® with TRX Suspension Training.

TRX is a highly-innovative, unique bodyweight workout, that seriously changes your body shape and improves strength, endurance, balance, co-ordination, power and core stability and is also a great cardio-vascular workout.

TRX is an effective training programme regardless of age, gender or fitness level. At InspireFit, we keep our TRX classes to a maximum of 11 people, to let the instructor motivate each person individually to work at their own pace.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates easy-to-follow dance moves with amazing, uplifting music to create a fun fitness program that will blow you away. 

A Zumba class creates a party-like atmosphere where you will burn calories, energize your body and learn inspiring routines meant to engage and captivate. 

The Zumba programme is suitable for over-16s, all abilities, dancers and non-dancers, where rhythms such as salsa, merenge, cumbia and reggaeton, are combined to give you an exciting, exhilirating workout that will leave you wanting MORE!
