Complete Pilates is a small group apparatus session for a more personalised and individually tailored session to meet your needs and goals.
Within the session you will use a range of Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Spine Corrector in this circuit style class to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, improving core strength and promoting better balance and posture. This full body workout will challenge you and leave you feeling stronger and longer!
Complete Pilates at InspireFit is suitable for all levels of fitness with classes lasting 45 minutes and bookable on a PAYG basis. We run a weekly Thursday morning class with a Tuesday evening session, once a month.
