Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates, like Matwork Pilates, focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body but with the added resistance of springs, which can be adjusted, and a sliding platform that creates instability, to create a powerful and dynamic workout.  Reformer Pilates brings a whole new dimension to your Pilates workout, where many of the mat based exercises can be made more challenging but can also be made easier by providing support through resistance.  Reformer Pilates does not disappoint and after one session, you will be hooked!  Our classes are suitable for everyone of all ages and levels of fitness!

We are a boutique studio, with only 4 reformers to allow for individual attention.  Our experienced instructors will take the time to get to know what your body needs and make sure that you leave the studio feeling like your best self!

We offer both group reformer classes, private sessions and duets for the more personal touch where a programme is designed around individual goals using various pieces of the Pilates apparatus.  Private sessions are also recommended for those suffering from an injury or a specific health condition before joining a class.

Class Details

Reformer Pilates sessions at InspireFit are suitable for all levels of fitness with classes lasting 45 minutes and bookable on a block booking basis.
