Tower Pilates

Tower Pilates is a form of Pilates that incorporates a piece of equipment known as the Tower, that is attached at the end of our Reformers.  It features a combination of springs, bars and straps, providing resistance and support for various Pilates exercises.

A total body workout to improve core strength, flexibility and mobility working all major muscle groups.


Class Details

Tower Pilates at InspireFit is suitable for all levels of fitness but it is essential that participants have previous Pilates experience. Classes last 45 minutes and are bookable on a PAYG basis.
