Make your body your machine ® with TRX Suspension Training.
TRX is a highly-innovative bodyweight workout, that seriously changes your body shape and improves strength, endurance, balance, coordination, power and core stability and is also a great cardiovascular workout. It is a unique approach to strength training that uses a system of suspended ropes that lets you use your own body weight as resistance.
TRX is an effective training programme regardless of age, gender or fitness level. At InspireFit, we keep our TRX classes to a maximum of 9 people, to let the instructor motivate each person individually to work at their own pace.

Class Details
TRX classes at InspireFit are suitable for all levels of fitness, whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete.
Classes last 45 minutes and usually run in 6 or 7 week blocks with the exception of TRX Bodyblast which is a Pay As You Go Class. A 6-week block costs £45, payable in advance.
