Virtual PSM Practical Evaluation
•Virtual PSM Practical Evaluation is an alternative to your personal video submission
•After completing your 15-hours of Self PSM Practice & 15-hours of PSM Practice Teaching hours you will be eligible to schedule a zoom meeting with PSM Creator, Rebecca Beckler •You will teach Rebecca a 15-minute well-rounded mini-workout including PSM Exercises you learned in the Foundation, 2.0, & 3.0 Courses •Make sure to include Flexion, Extension, Lateral Flexion, and Rotational PSM exercises and/or preps of the exercises when appropriate•Remember to showcase your unique teaching style and stay true to the 7 PSM principles in every exercise
•After the zoom meeting, Rebecca will give you feedback & a score •Any score 80% or higher will become a PSM Certified Instructor and will be added to the elite group of PSM Certified Instructor listed on my website
